All they had to learn many things during their studies because maybe no one had any idea of the things that could be studied. So a teacher learns from the experiences you have with your students, from the experiences of other teachers. We are studying to become professionals in the future, at first we did not know anything about our future profession but the experiences have taught us that we all make mistakes, but the most important is to prevent happen again.
Many people say that the error of an engineer is destroyed, the mistake of a doctor is buried, but the error of a teacher is transmitted from generation to generation. To be a good teacher we should love our profession, we must know what we want to teach our students, so that these good knowledge is transmitted and allow them to be better people every day. A learned person is never born, no one in this world is perfect. Being a teacher is not just a profession but a passion that we should feel in the soul.
We should never be afraid to be beginners at something, or that we do not know about something specific, it is better to be ignorant once, to be ignorant all your life. When we have the humility to say that we know nothing about something, we will achieve to become good experts, because we could be brave and face life with courage but above all with humility.
I agree with you Karen! because we have to be humble all the time. In this way we will achieve many things in life, so a beginner learns from the different experiences of other people.As you said it is better to be ignorant once,to be ignorant all life,so for that reason, we have to do the best when we want something.
ResponderEliminarof course the best doctor, the best architect, the best engineer, of this world was a beginner and they have learned of others, they have encountered but for them there weren´t obstacles, everybody was a beginner and now, they are good proffesional or good pieces in our society, it's good to know that all were once ignorants but now they are important people in this world
ResponderEliminarYour point of view is great, and i think that all of us are beginners in something because we are still learning, and sometimes people get frustraded because they see that they are in the very beginning and maybe they want to be in the top; but we have to know that everybody crossed the same door.
ResponderEliminarWell, in our life each time that we start with something new always we are inexpert but with the pass of the years we improve our skills, the first experience for the teacher has is difficult because maybe he or she has fear to commit mistakes, but we have to learn that we are humans and commit mistakes. With our students we need to have careful because we can't make mistakes with them because these mistakes will be reproducing is different in other professions because the mistakes can be ignored as you said Karen.
